**Due to HOA restrictions for short-term rentals in the complex, and in accordance with the city of Dana Point, I am only allowed one renter per 30 days. Some seasonal pricing may show a lower minimum stay, but that is just due to pricing table limitations. Guests can stay fewer than 30 days, but I must block out the full 30 day period per customer. The Ritz side of the beach boasts the popular 'Gravels' surfing site at 'Salt Creek', Monarch Links Golf Course and beautiful Salt Creek Park, which has trails, great views, public BBQs, restroom facilities and a snack bar. Numerous benches and overlooks provide views of gray whale migration routes, Catalina Island and the coastline.
